If you currently reside in Washington and have been checking in with I.C.E without having consulted a lawyer, this form is for you. The intake form was created in collaboration with the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project and the Seattle Clemency Project to streamline the process to get your case reviewed. NWIRP will review the documents first, if your case qualifies and meet NWIRP's guidelines, NWIRP will notify you. If it doesn't meet NWIRP's qualifications, then NWIRP will submit it to the Seattle Clemency Project for review.
